WORKSHOP

Join us for this all-day delicious & nutritious workshop

Discover the incrEDIBLE tropical super foods that can be grown in your garden. Together, we will prepare some sensational recipes and feast on this nutrient-rich, homegrown produce, whilst exploring the true essence of what  'superfoods' are and how they can be grown with a permaculture approach. The shared morning tea, lunch and early evening meals, will tantalize your taste buds. Please note that seats are limited to just 12 people per workshop, so bookings are essential! 

From garden to plate, the focus is on homegrown nutrition, herbal medicine & energy efficient gardening. 

Theory will be presented, with practical ‘hands on’ sessions in both the garden and kitchen to collectively crEate delicious meals. 

This full day workshop is onsite an abundant and ever evolving permaculture property. It showcases the super foods growing (fruit, nut, vegetable, herbs) with examples of regenerative design strategies and permaculture in action. 

This  workshop focuses on 'super greens' with detailed information provided in the 'IncrEDIBLE edible, Tropical Superfood Guide" which is provided to all participants as a take home resource. 

You will learn about the permaculture design principles and gain skills in observing landscape energies, documenting points of interest to do a site analysis on your own garden. This is an opportunity to begin designing your own abundant edible oasis to grow the incredible edible super foods. So bring your harvest basket to grab some cuttings on your way out!

Tonielle Christensen 

Tonielle, aka Toddi, has been teaching Permaculture for over a decade & is an experienced grower, designer, facilitator, kitchen witch, community connector & coach.

She lives in her little off-grid house with her partner EartheArtisan, their 2 daughters, Kelpie & 16 chickens. She is the author of the Incredible Edibles Tropical Superfoods Guide & is passionate about helping people to Thrive & is known to be a little bit plant crazy, in a good way.

Blake Hudson

Blake, aka Eartheartisan, has been studying, practising & teaching permaculture throughout Australia & internationally over the past decade. His passion is design & all aspects of regenerative land practices including broad acre regenerative farming, biodynamics, syntropics, market gardening, bio-intensive & nutrient-dense gardening.

He provides professional landscape designs, estimates and DIY manuals so people have the blueprint, along with the confidence to create their own beautiful, edible landscapes.  

Permaculture is an art & science. It is a lifestyle choice full of creativity & nature connection that transforms our environment into abundant, harmonious landscapes...by design. 

This one day workshop is an excellent introduction to learn about the plants that grow well in the tropics, all year round + how to eat them with new culinary feasting.
